FROM SERVICE TO SOFTWARE

Orion Development was founded by a United States Marine Corps veteran living with multiple sclerosis. Our first app, Momentum - Habits and Goals, started as a personal need – better tools to manage daily life with a chronic illness – eventually became the foundation for Orion. We aim to provide software applications that improve people’s lives and well being, at a reasonable price.

Community improvement is at the heart of our corporate ethics. This is why Orion Development has committed itself to donate 10% of all net revenue to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. As part of this commitment; every subscription, every app sold, every dollar earned, helps fund research towards improving the lives – and hopefully, at some point, a cure – of those suffering from Multiple Sclerosis.

We’re a small, independent, and deliberate organization. The software applications we build, is software we use ourselves, to enrich our own lives. This is why we focus on fair pricing and playing the long game. If that means growing slowly, fine; the mission matters more than the metrics.
